If you input your fitness into the fitness tracker, you should get a good estimate as to how many calories you're burning. If you're burning more than you should be for your recommended calorie budget a red warning will come up at the bottom of the screen instructing you to update your fitness goals. When you do that, it will alter the recommended calorie intake. That should optimize your weight loss efforts.
