If you search the sparkpeople groups there are several different ones. Search for the OFFICIAL challenges. There is an Official 28-day challenge that would be good for February.

emoticon I have tried many things to lose weight and I finally came to the conclusion no fad diet or lack of exercise will get me to lose weight. So now I am on a journey to lose weight the old fashion way. I will eat healthy by eating 5 portions of vegies and fruits. I will exercise by going swimming 5 days a week and strength training 3 days. I will other goals as I am doing well. I am going to emoticon and I will be closer to my goal. I am making my own goals.

That is a good question XRAYLADY65, because I am with you on that. I do great on cardio, but it was the videos, that I got really behind on. I really just need to tone up, and I am wondering if I need as much cardio as this group says or if I just need like 3 days of cardio. I am ready for a fresh start next month!
