Just remember you are more than a number on the scale! Also if you are adding strength training with this, you are building muscle as well. Muscle weighs more than fat, so don't be surprised if the scale doesn't go down initially but them goes down a lot.

Another tip is just weigh once a month and don't be a slave to that scale.

Morning all, Well I got on the scale and it stayed the same which is OK I'm really not supposed to weigh myself until Tues. I decided I would only weigh once a week but every once in a while I want to jump on and see, I can't, no won't let myself get discouraged! Been to the gym every other day and am walking more, so I am feeling better and I know I'm getting healthier. Have a great day!! emoticon
