So I am not going to be participating in the challenge HOWEVER I am staying on the team because I have met so many wonderful and supportive people through this....
I have learned that I have done this all wrong...(the weight loss thing) here is what I discovered maybe it can help others...
1. Stop starting off wrong....you cant change it all in ONE day or ONE week....it takes time....and what you could do once before you can do it again you just need to build up....I have started my own weekly challenges....it starts small like aiming for 10 min of fitness a day....try to drink 2 cups of water a day ect....remember BABY STEPS
2. it took you time to put it on it will take time to come off but it WILL come off.....persisitance is key
3. I have banned myself from scales and measuring tapes for 3 months....for me i see the numbers it frustrates me so this time no numbers.....just me discovering how I feel.....I even started a journal....you can get a program online (free ones or paid ones) for your computer....I make it a point to journal almost every day......
so thats what I have discovered....I took a break for a week but I am back in the game Good Luck everyone!
