You can do whatever cardio you want. Nothing specific required. But there is a toning video for each day. Go to the week you are on, Then click the ling Complete Week 2 Action Steps, once that page opens click the link for Follow your 7-day Jumpstart plan. On this page you need to look at the weekly schedule, Day one and seven are the only two days you do not have to do a cardio only the video offered. While Day two through 6 have a link to a video and require you to do 30 minutes of cardio. You find the video by clicking the day. Hope this helps!!!
