Keep doing the videos. I'm noticing results and feeling stronger by doing them. I think even after this contest, I'm going to continue using them.

i i missed three days of videos and didnt know had to post extra one i did in week two start over or keep pushing life has been so crazy around here i i am staying on track but 3 days i havent used a video but ave been really active so what do i do bare down do video and be behind or keep going
