So I was listening to KLOVE the other day and they had a fantastic idea on how to motivate yourself and your family to get moving. There is this mom who's family was begging her to go to an amusement park about an hour and half away from there house, so she told them they could go if they walked there. (They didn't literally have to walk to the amusement park all at one time.). The mom made a chart, and every time they biked, walked, or got moving she logged the distance they went on her chart. After they had logged all 90 miles, they got to go to the park.
I think this is an awesome idea to motivate the whole family, and I know we will be doing this! I hope you find it to be a great tool as well! Have a great day, and remember to get moving!
