The first week I saw some loss, but none since. I am actually back up a few pounds.
I just found out I am expecting child number 3. So, I cannot focus on weight loss. I am focusing more on my efforts and being proud of the good efforts and overlooking the bad all around! My major concern is soda. Carbonated drinks are one of the few things that are working to ease my nausea! I am limiting them and only taking a sip or two when needed. However, I am a little dissappointed that I was not able to cut them out to the extent that I originally planned!
There is no I or U in T-E-A-M!

Not sure how much I've lost because I'm weighing only once a month but I know that my feet don't hurt as bad and my pants are starting to sag. That's gotta mean something. I want this to be about how I feel this time, not how much or how fast I can loose it. I'm sending everyone here positive thoughts for a wonderful week.

I have lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks...a consistent 2 lbs per week. I've been doing everything as recommended, at least 30 mins of cardio 5 days a week (usually jogging every other day with walking in between). I've also been keeping my calories between my SP range. I've had a few days that I've gone over.
Keep at it and keep faith in the process!

So far just 1.2 pounds. With careful tracking I know that I am eating a few more more calories than I should. I am exercising and eating healthy foods, tracking them both. Now I need to reduce the amount a little more for better results. People are noticing though.

I joined the 13 week challenge and the January Jump Start Challenge. By adding the extra video exercises I have been loosing 1 pound a week that is needed for the 13 week challenge. Down 3 pounds since January 1st.

I have not been working on this for a week yet. But I plan on weighing myself every week just to see lbs lost. I also will take my measurements after 4 weeks. So I have nothing to share in that aspect. But I sure feel sore, every where!!!! And have not stopped being sore since day one. I know that doesn't necessarily sound like a motivation, but I know that it is. Underneath where that muscle is sore, there is work happening!! and that makes me happy, happy, happy!!!
Don't put off till tomorrow what you can accomplish today!
