i hope you have a speedy recovery so you can go back to the weight loss program. sometimes when we get sick its away of teliing us we need a break and we need to slow down. remoderation is the key

It is soooo frustrating when you are doing good to be derailed by sickness! Your body will have an even lowered immune system if you try to work out through it though. Take care of yourself and get back to it. Good luck!

I feel your pain 11Karen. :( I have this annoying dry cough that almost brings me to the point of vomiting. I guess that's what I get for getting a cold and quitting smoking in the same month! LOL! Plus doing the spark "thing" :)

My view...sweat the virus out! May not be the best cure, but hey, I feel pretty darn good after!

I also have to agree with Pattia1311 LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. It knows you best

It is very difficult to exercise when sick, no matter what degree. Make sure you get the proper amount of rest. You will heal quicker with the right amount of rest rather than pushing yourself and being sick longer or get even more sick! Good luck and try to listen to your body and what it needs. {HUGS}
