I agree with heavy housecleaning... however for bett accuracy with calories and steps try fitbit I use mine for everything..... I check calories and steps before I start an activity then check again after It is fabulous and keeping me honest about what I actually do!!!
Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

I use heavy housecleaning for that sort of stuff. I have decided, for my self, that I have to raise my heart rate before I will use it for cardio. I live in WI, so cleaning a pool sounds good, but not here!!! LOL
I was wondering if cleaning a pool would count as a cardio workout? You need to skim the top brush down the sides (and floor sometimes) vacuum the bottom and skim again to get the last pieces on the top. If so how would i calculate that for fitness?
