Well it is sunday night and i tracked my last set of workout for the day....a whole week of every day (except 1) of doing my dance videos...and that one day of heavy house cleaning.....I think I did pretty good to do 30 minutes a day.....
I think starting monday I am going to attempt to track food to....still not sure how it's all going to work (when i make things that get mixed together) and I know it means I have to measure EVERY little Thing....but who knows it may be ok once I get use to it
