I'm still in week one of this challenge but I'm feeling great to be on program for 15 days. I've been trying to do at least 1 video on spark a day at my desk at work. People are wondering what I'm doing bending under the desk with my butt in the air but soon, I'll have a smaller one and maybe they won't notice it anymore.
I think I can. I know I can. I will.

Finished with week 1, now on to week 2. I didn't exercise at all on Saturday, so Sunday I had to catch up. I needed the day to just rest. It was rough trying to get back into an exercise routine, I hope I can keep it up.
I finished my first week. Didn't get 30 minutes of cardio each day. I did all the videos although a couple of days I had to catch up. Will try to do better this week. We had freezing rain Friday, so now have awful ice everywhere. Will be cold for a couple more days, then warm to the teens with chances of snow. Not sure how the wind chill will be for a walk at work today.
Congrats to all those who made it through week 1. DH and I finished up week 1 last night and we feel good. Just read the action plan for week 2 and looking forward to getting started on another great week.

Well it is sunday night and i tracked my last set of workout for the day....a whole week of every day (except 1) of doing my dance videos...and that one day of heavy house cleaning.....I think I did pretty good to do 30 minutes a day.....
I think starting monday I am going to attempt to track food to....still not sure how it's all going to work (when i make things that get mixed together) and I know it means I have to measure EVERY little Thing....but who knows it may be ok once I get use to it
