Thanks for the support! I did a couple seated workouts just now and it felt good to do something -I'm tired of lying on the couch all day! Hopefully I can do enough to keep me from putting weight back on over the next several weeks while I heal! Thanks again!

Definitely the chair exercises! Maybe some that focus on upper body, and you may also be able to complete some exercises focusing on the opposite side, just catch up with the other side when it's healed. Healing thoughts! Keep Sparking!

OMG! I'm sorry to hear that you broke your leg. That must be awful! I sprained my ankle once, which was clearly not as severe. However, what I did to keep off of it and still work out was chair cardio and floor exercises. If you type 'chair cardio' or 'chair exercise' into google, a bunch of routines will come up. It's a lot of fun. I hope you feel better and get back up on your feet soon!

I've been doing really well exercising and was enjoying watching the numbers on the scale go down...unfortunately on Friday I fell and broke my leg!! What can I do now? I need to keep exercising somehow so I don't lose the momentum I've gained, and I really don't want to start gaining weight now that I'm mostly immobile. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
