Remember that through this challenge you are doing strength training and that muscle weighs more than fat so if you don't see any change in weight that doesn't mean that you are not getting healthier. You should take your measurements so that you can track those changes as well, if your clothes are getting looser as you go forward in this challenge then that is your NSV (non-scale victory) and you should be proud. Those muscles that you are building will help you reach your goal over the long haul.

Just weighed myself after completing week 1 and I am down 1#. I guess it doesn't pay to eat what you know you shouldn't over the holidays. Will not be making fudge and cookies that I like for awhile. Need to learn to pace myself better. New Year new start for me. I will reach my goal this year.
