As long as you're moving you're doing great! Just don't let the exercise keep you from getting enough rest, because rest is important for your health, too!

This is day nine and I am still going strong. Rode 45 minutes on exercise bike, did Sparkpeople video for the day and logged in all food, veggies and water. I hope I can keep this up. The only problem is that I like to exercise late night instead of morning and early evening. Sometimes I don't start until after 10 pm.
