From the search I found on the DVDs it depends on which portion or workout you are doing. Also calories burnt varies on the person as well due to age weight height gender and fitness level. What is recommended if you want accurate results invest in a good heart rate monitor. That way it will work it out for you then you can add it to your tracker as a strength or cardio exercise with calories burned

Ahhhh. sounds like this would be similar to a bootcamp type video. I think the best you will be able to do is use the old tracker; click "ADD CARDIO" then click "BROWSE" and from the drop down menu select "OTHER EXERCISES" once you find that list there are several choices that might work - you just need to choose the one you think is closest. It's not perfect but it will give you a good idea. Hope this helps!
