So far this month it has been very easy to get into a workout routine. I have really been enjoying my workouts! Last time around I had quite a few favorite videos including the Day 1 swimsuit bootcamp, kickboxing bootcamp and pretty much all of the other bootcamps. My favorites were Day 1, and pilates and yogilates. I still LOVE those videos but I have found a new favorite cardio to add with the others that I can't get enough of this month. The ten minute Jump rope cardio! I love it-- it's so fun and it goes by so fast especially while listening to some music that pumps you up like "Girl on Fire" hope you are all enjoying the team challenge and try to remember to have fun :)
