I am starting Day 8 too. Had to start work early this morning so plan on working out at lunch time. I have been on a plateau for a while and am determined to break through it and see the scale go down.

I plan my meals beforehand myself, and just plan for the minimum end of my range. That way, if I see something I want to splurge on during the day, I have plenty of calories available. Also, every morning, I let all my Sparkfriends know what my workout plan is for the day. That way, even though no one actually checks up on me, I feel accountable. I don't want to NOT do what I said I would and make myself a liar.

I plan my meals in advance as well. If I feel as if I am having a bad day and want to splurge, I enter what I have planned to eat in my Sparkpage nutrition tracking in advance. I surprise myself, because when I enter it I feel obligated to eat what I have planned instead of splurging.
This is my 8th consecutive day of getting at least 30 minutes or more of exercise and I have completed all of my Sparkpeople videos thus far and logged all of my food and all of my water. I hope I can keep this up for 30 days. I am really dedicated this time. I just try not to think about food and concentrate on my health and wellness.
