I plan my meals beforehand myself, and just plan for the minimum end of my range. That way, if I see something I want to splurge on during the day, I have plenty of calories available. Also, every morning, I let all my Sparkfriends know what my workout plan is for the day. That way, even though no one actually checks up on me, I feel accountable. I don't want to NOT do what I said I would and make myself a liar.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.
