i am just trying to do 30 minutes a day...there was one day i didn't do ANYTHING but I think the whole idea behind the challenge is just to get us up and moving....so be it 10 minutes a day or more the whole point is your finding time to get moving.....I however was unaware the prizes were not available to canadians

Seriously, if you post your question on the topic "Questions, please post them here" one of the coaches will respond pretty quickly, (or at least that was my experience with the questions I had in the beginning.)
But I think you will need to decide what you can do and commit to it, and DO IT! That's after all the whole point, at least to me. It's also giving me a good tour through some videos so I can flag the ones I like (or need) to add to my schedule for after the Challenge.

I understood it to be 10 minutes if you are starting out but aim for 30 or more if you are already exercising. I am injured so cannot use my lower body for cardio. I have found I can do most pilates/mat work & yoga/mat work. SO do what YOU can do! I think you are doing great following the January Jumpstart, to be at 10 minutes & doing the workout's 1-7 in addition to the cardio. I think you can post somewhere else to the trainers if you want to make sure.
I have only been doing the cardio intervals video for cardio and it is just under 10 minutes plus adding a bit more movement on my own to the end to get to 10 minutes. Reviewed the information on the challenge which said to do 30 minutes of cardio a day then the email that I got for week one which told me to aim for at least 10 minutes a day. Given my present state of fitness (or lack thereof to be more accurate) 10 minutes of cardio is about all I want to try to do for the first couple of weeks at least. Maybe by the end of 4 weeks (the challenge) I would be ready to attempt 30 minutes. Not that it matters for prizes since I live in Canada, but just what should I be doing to meet the terms of the challenge?
