I am also a wine lover; I have been putting it in my nutrition tracker. I look at where I stand at the end of the day- if I have some calories 'left', I'll have a glass. I put the glass on the food scale, though, so I know how much I should have (and how to put it in the nutrition tracker accurately). I make sure I stick to the one glass, too! I haven't given up wine yet... it's a 'quality of life' issue for me!
