Don't keep kicking yourself for slipping up. Just get back to it and keep going. I also cheated over the weekend but I did 3 video's to catch up and I am doing good so far today on getting back on track. Don't give up! Forgive yourself and get back on track. You can do it! These challenges are good to point you in the right direction and if you don't do as well as you would like then do it again to make up for it.
Lord give me the strength to stop procrastinating and start doing something about my weight and health before it's too late. AMEN!!

I had the same problem on Saturday. If fact, I have them often. The important thing I am doing this time around is to positive talk my way into the problem. Negative self talk undermines the journey. Fixing a bad day begins on the next bite! Yesterday is over and in the past let it go. Positive talk your way out. It works!

I also had one of those days started out ok, but then I ate 300 calories verse of cookies . The rest of the meals were better. I am back on track again today. I want to learn how to change my bad habits for life. I am consdering this change of my bad habits. Thank you for allowing me to get this out, we will do it
I had an ok day and then all went downhill. I allowed stress to effect what I was eating later in the day. BOOOOO! All in all, I am ok today. Working out still and not sitting so much.
