You can do it however you want either start today as your day one or wait until Sunday. It just depends on how you fit it into your schedule. Day one and day 7 are cardio free days so i like to start on Sundays.

I just joined today. So my week one starts today, right? It doesn't matter when I joined? So today is day one. I have worked out in some form Monday - today, just not 30 min of cardio. But definitely the toning exercises. So what is my best form of action from here? Should I just pick up today as day one and move on from there? Or should I just continue on with my week as Sunday was day one and continue from there? Or should I start new on Sunday of this week? Just not sure, never done this type of thing before! Thanks! Looking forward to all of this!
Don't put off till tomorrow what you can accomplish today!

Thanks for asking this question. I do Pilates classes 3-4 times a week and signed up for 10 Yoga classes. I find the classes are much more intense than the videos, yet careful enough that I don't hurt myself. However, I have been doing the videos to learn new exercises.
