I just joined today. So my week one starts today, right? It doesn't matter when I joined? So today is day one. I have worked out in some form Monday - today, just not 30 min of cardio. But definitely the toning exercises. So what is my best form of action from here? Should I just pick up today as day one and move on from there? Or should I just continue on with my week as Sunday was day one and continue from there? Or should I start new on Sunday of this week? Just not sure, never done this type of thing before! Thanks! Looking forward to all of this!
