I didn't get a good start with this challenge last week but over the weekend I received my copy of Coach Nicole's 28-Day Bootcamp DVD. I will start this tonight and track as my workouts. I'm excited to get started!
I also received a FitBit for Christmas so along with starting my workouts with Coach Nicole I've been very aware of walking and taking the stairs as much as possible.

I used map your route button, the route I walked was 3.81 miles long and I completed it in 62 minutes for my cardio. the button said add exercise (not add cardio). It is in my fitness tracker and when I click on the actual exercise it says edit cardio. What I want to know is did I enter it correctly for the contest.
