I just joined the challenge too. I want to get in shape and healthy! I am starting day one tonight. And no I'm not doing this for the prizes, just the work out and to have fun with others! Virtually that is.

I am in Australia so first up I knew I wasn't eligible for the prizes, so for me it is all about the health benefits. I was looking for something to change my routine so this month I am doing this challenge and also took on Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I am doing very well. My goal by the end is to have a stronger body, lose some of that excess body fat and maybe lose that last 1.5kg (3.3 pounds).

Hello Everyone!! This is my first challenge on Sparkpeople, and I'm extremely excited about this!! I was wondering how many people joined this challenge for the health benefits and how many people joined due to the possibility of winning prizes? I am also wondering what everyones goals are for the end of this challenge? My goal is to lose at least 10 lbs by the end of the challenge!! I am prepared for the work required and can not wait to reach that 10 lb milestone!!
