I am also from FL, The Sunshine State and moved to NC. The weather is the biggest adjustment for me and location, location. I was one mile from Tampa Bay and it was so easy just to walk out the door to go for a run. I am also taking baby steps, using the food tracker, 8 glasses of water and The Spark Challenge.
