Actually, since I don't know how to drop out and restart, I am just going to start today if that is okay. It will be one day early but today is the first time I found the challenge video and info SO I will go by them. I am excited! I am going to pray that I don't let ANYTHING interfere with my plan this year to get the weight off. I have been gaining about 10 pounds a year the past 3 years and want to get this post-menopausal weight off now for good! I am wishing everyone good luck!
I am starting over too because I thought I was signing up for the January 6th one month challenge and even though I have been looking at Sparkpeople website a long time, this year is the first year I have explored it more fully. What a wonderful website with so much information if you spend time on it! How do I drop out and restart?

greetings, y'all because i wasn't attentive to when my start day for this challenge began (thought all of us would start on 6th), i didn't do the video exercises. so, i decided to drop out & rejoin the team today. i did nicole's 8-min cardio intervals workout about 1/2 hour ago. now that i'm back in the challenge, i commit to doing all that i can to make good on my previous promises to the team. good to read about the success y'all have had. let's keep it going!!!
