me, too! was totally off program for 2 weeks while on break and am now tracking again. signed up on the 2nd, but am OCD too and wanted to begin on the 6th, so am starting then. good luck everyone!

I too thought I was signing up to start tomorrow. So my day one will start on the sixth (I dont like starting things in the middle of the week), and with determination this habit will stick.

Actually, since I don't know how to drop out and restart, I am just going to start today if that is okay. It will be one day early but today is the first time I found the challenge video and info SO I will go by them. I am excited! I am going to pray that I don't let ANYTHING interfere with my plan this year to get the weight off. I have been gaining about 10 pounds a year the past 3 years and want to get this post-menopausal weight off now for good! I am wishing everyone good luck!

I am starting over too because I thought I was signing up for the January 6th one month challenge and even though I have been looking at Sparkpeople website a long time, this year is the first year I have explored it more fully. What a wonderful website with so much information if you spend time on it! How do I drop out and restart?

greetings, y'all
because i wasn't attentive to when my start day for this challenge began (thought all of us would start on 6th), i didn't do the video exercises. so, i decided to drop out & rejoin the team today. i did nicole's 8-min cardio intervals workout about 1/2 hour ago. now that i'm back in the challenge, i commit to doing all that i can to make good on my previous promises to the team.
good to read about the success y'all have had. let's keep it going!!!
