I just saw this today so will be doing it best I can. I"m on vacation with no scales and no dumbbells. I might be able to do the excercises using cans of fruit while we are here and the cardio will be no problem as I'll be skiing all day! So Jan. 7 is my start day. Just wish I knew exactly what my weight was so I could measure my progress accurately, but no matter. If I do what I need to do, regardless of the weight drop, I'll be healthier!! Jo

I started Sunday Dec. 30, today is finish of week 1. These are great videos! I kept being dressed wrong! I would love it if we knew what kind of clothes to wear. I was ready for a hike, today so did the stretches in walking shoes & jeans!!!! I'm a little more flexable with Pilates clothes on! HAHA!
Since it is cold outside, 41 right now, I had time to do these exercises before the hike. Nice way to warm up! THANKS Nichole! You are wonderful!

I will be done with week 1 for my health and fitness goal. I've lost less than 10 lbs. and I guess had my first triumph over my 195 original weight. I am still in the process of learning how to eat healthy, but I increased my intake of fruits and vegetables, lessen the white colored carbs , and drank 8 cups of water a day... I couldn't be more prouder of my first week first month 2013 achievement. I want to look good on my birthday come May 28, 2013. It's the best gift I could give my 40th and that is being healthy.
Discipline is not a myth, but could be a reality,so do something about it, well, health wise that is. It's real T O U G H L O V E for myself that I have too endure just to make me happy in this health journey towards bringing out my BEST !

I started the challenge last Monday (NYE) because I was just sooo tired of being out of shape and waiting one more day made no sense - plus, if you're willing to exercise, you should take advantage of it!
I finished Day 6 today and am happy to say I did all the videos and 30 minutes of cardio each day. And now tomorrow (Sunday) is an off day! Woohoo! My only exercise will be walking the dog.
