I will be done with week 1 for my health and fitness goal. I've lost less than 10 lbs. and I guess had my first triumph over my 195 original weight. I am still in the process of learning how to eat healthy, but I increased my intake of fruits and vegetables, lessen the white colored carbs , and drank 8 cups of water a day... I couldn't be more prouder of my first week first month 2013 achievement.
I want to look good on my birthday come May 28, 2013. It's the best gift I could give my 40th and that is being healthy.
Discipline is not a myth, but could be a reality,so do something about it, well, health wise that is.
It's real T O U G H L O V E for myself that I have too endure just to make me happy in this health journey towards bringing out my BEST !
