I like the heavy housecleaning cardio too. I have used it many times. I only put it down if my heart rate is raised, that is just me. I like to scrub my floors on my hands and knees, so I do get a good work out. I have a large house, so even running around putting things away may raise my heart rate, you know up & down steps and all. I thought it was Great of SP to have cleaning on here. Sometimes, cleaning is all I get to, but if it is a good cleaning, it works!! Hope you all have a great day!!
