Sfrederick12 good you have started you will make it. Today i feel great i worked out yesterday and I have more energy today. Looking forward tonight to get my work out done. Will try jumping rope and the stationary bike. I may be able to put in a video also. will see!!!!!!!

I am beginning this challenge today and really plan on following through with this! I have lost all control and need encouragement and support like this to get me motivated and back on track! I began my morning with a 1 mile walking video and Zeal Protein Shake. Whats next? We shall see! Bring on 2013!
