I everyone! I have joined this challenge today and am excited to get started! I have been AWOL from SP for quite a while so am excited to get back on track and this seems a good way to get started! I am 50 yo and a nurse that works night shifts so am hoping that this is something that I can maintain when I am away working! I travel away from home for work and stay with a friend. I have dumb bells already, need to get out today and get some resistance bands then I am set! I am feeling lots of support just reading through posts on this team!
Thank you BlueKittyGP. I have been wondering where the email preferences were as well. I did not have trouble finding the options for the main SP emails, but I had a harder time figuring out how to turn off all the emails from the different Teams I am in. I will share, just in case others experience the same thing. If you go to the Start page and them email preferences as stated. The email tab is where the main email preferences are located. But if you click on the Community tab, you there have the option for difference emails from each Team. Hope that helps and good luck on your healthy journey!

Hi FITZIE55. I am Jan from Southern Oregon. 59.5 y/o with lots of health issues. I like chocolate way to much. I am a healthy eater other than that. I have a lot of trouble getting my self active. So I am obese. To answer your e-mail problem. Go to your Start page. On the upper left hand corner is an e-mail preference. Click on it and then click on the e-mail tab. Scroll down and unclick the e-mails you don't want. There is also e-mail trouble shooting guide. I hope this helps.

Hi I am introducing myself as a new 56yo team member as of yday. I am overweight and unfit due to foot issues that are now under control. I think my problem is that I DONT THINK about what I eat/when I eat etc., and the kgs have crept up over a period of years. Determined to get it off before I get sickly and impaired health issues. ALSO I am concerned about the number of emails Ihave received and even though I have tried to unsubscribe,...they are still coming, How do I ensure I dont get so many? Fitzie55
