Yeah the chairs dips were the hardest part for me!!! I did fewer than she did but held the position while i convinced myself to do another one!

Day 3:
I did the video and found it fairly easy the chair dips I could not do so did lunges instead and the push ups on the floor I modified and did counter push ups www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fvg_vrdBaA
So I did what I supposed to do just a little differently.
