Oh Dear-- too much exercise!
I think that you should be allowed to carry one over-- and have an extra helping of chicken breat at dinner! You need protein to build that into good healthy muscle!

I did my workout this morning, D3 and then a 30 minute turbo jam "the turbos" workout. I totally forgot that I had a workout "date" with my SIL tonight and then did another hour turbo fire. I burned 1099 calories today!! Can I carry any of that cardio over to tomorrow?
