What I would do is do the exercises that you can do in the chair. Those exercises are modified to where you will not break a bone. That is what is the most important thing. You may be sitting down but you can get the exercise you need.
I go to the y and there is a group called the silver sneakers and if you feel up to it one can stand but 3/4 of the exercises are done in the chair. I thought I would not sweat and it would be a waist of time but I was wrong. I sweated and was tired by the time it was done.
If you can swim, that is a great way to exercise without the worrrying about breaking a bone and you can do water aerobics as well. take it slow and listen to your body.

I really want to do this challenge but have high risk of fracture osteoporosis. How can I modify the exercises so I don't injure myself?
