Day 2 for me, too. I had to adjust some of the hip lifts because I couldn't lift my leg while having my hips off the ground. Still, I'm doing the videos, even if I have to modify them a bit!

Amazing how that day 2 video can create such a burn in less than 9 minutes. Wow I need to remember that short bursts like this really can make a difference.

Just finished the day two strength training. Man do I feel out of shape. Both day 1 and 2 have kicked my but. Looking forward to doing some cardio later today. Hopefully I can squeeze in a session before I head to my second job.

I'm also on day 2. I must say the interval video from day 1 was tougher than I expected and I had to modify some of the movements because my knees aren't in the best shape. I did the 28 day challenge before and really enjoyed it. It helped me get into the swing of working out consistently to the point where I looked forward to working out. I have been a major slacker the last couple months and am hoping that this challenge will get me going back in the right direction! Good luck everyone we can do this!!

My video for Day one was refussing to load on my computer at all. After a hour of trying I finally got it to work on my ipod but it was too tiny to see all the moves correctly.
I hope this does not continue. I would hate to be defeated before I even star by my crappy tech

Although I just finished ST (35 minutes), I will do a walk/ dance combo since my videos are taking forever to buffer. Not letting ANYTHING stop me!

How 'bout that?

I am feeling great about this journey and this team. Even though it's only day 2, I am still commited, which is a big deal for me. Usually I just research and plan my weightloss, going at it for 2 days is a milestone, especially when it's a little bit different than what I am used to. I am excited about what's in store for the rest of the 4 weeks!

I did the day 2 video today in the morning. I am not a morning person at all, but it was a good way to start the day! I could definitely feel the burn in my legs. Trying to decide what to do for my cardio... I might go for a small run/jog/walk interval session this evening when it cools down. emoticon

9.7 miles walking today! Lifting heavy weights (aerobic, for sure!) and walking at a great pace are my favorite ways to exercise. I've ditched chronic cardio this year and am fitter than ever.

Happy for this fitness challenge, though, because I managed to gain about 4 pounds last month. Thanks so much to SP, I have shed about 50 pounds and kept it off for over 1.5 years!

Looking forward to getting into this! I'm the type of person who is quite lazy in the mornings because I don't go to bed until 2:00 AM so I'm not ready to get up at 6:30! I'm going to change the bedtime and get up in the morning and walk on the treadmill. I plan to do the videos in the evenings, but not so late that I can't get to sleep!

I can do this, with God's help!!!

With God, ALL things are possible!!

I had a great day of skiing yesterday and did Video 1 and felt great. I am so excited for this challenge. I really want to PUSH myself in January and this is the best way for me to do it. I use a fitbit to track my walking/running and sleep but often do workouts that aren't tracked by that (my trainer who is pushing me to build muscle twice a week). I am looking for a fitness buddy. Let me know if anyone is interested in a little additional pushing and is willing to push back.

I'm aiming for consistency here before worrying too much about results. And so in addition to about 11 minutes of calisthenics yesterday (the 1st) I did the first (cardio interval) video; and today (the 2nd) I've done my calisthenics so far and will get to the daily video later. Got a little back pain from some lifting last week. Stretching and moving helps it ... so I don't *want* to exercise when I get up in the morning, but my body thanks me after I do. Baby steps.

Did cardio for the last 2 days along with strength training videos. Feel tired and a little sore, unfortunately it's been 6 months since I did cardio and at that time I was running 5 miles, nothing like starting over!
