Today I did the video for day one, then some time on the treadmill. That video kicked my butt and really showed me I have a lot of hard work ahead of me, but my goal is definitely attainable. Also, despite the extra activity, I seemed to have more energy the rest of the day. Loving that benefit a LOT. Day Two, here I come!
I worked out today, cleaned up around the house, went out for a bit and enjoyed the sunshine, came home & made a lovely spaghetti dinner because I couldn't even begin to THINK about ham, chicken or turkey for dinner, lol.
I'm feeling good about this new year and getting this weight gone for good! YES!!

Logged all my food choices today, ate better but felt compelled to finished the last two chocolate candies in my stocking. We took a 4.15 mile walk this afternoon and have good healthy meals planned for the week.

Walked for 60 minutes, did a 10 minute DVD, wrote out my goals for the next 60 days, meditated in the sunshine for a little while and gave thanks for all that I have....and that includes giving thanks for SPARKPeople.....may we all have a successful, peaceful and achieving New Year....Cheers...
