I do blog, but I have been keeping a personal journal since I was 17, I find journals with nice covers, usually with an image of a goal, thsi time I selected Rome because I travel and I want to visit Italy next. The journals cost about $7.00 dollar and are a good way to write your thoughts in one place.

My goal is to lose 60 pounds this year.This is not a weight loss challenge but about living healthy. So, in the process of leading a healthy lifestyle I will lose weight. I am looking to get to 150 pounds. I also don't want to be out of breath coming up the stairs and I want to fit into that "dress."
The one change I will be making this week is writing my fitness goals down for the day. I find that if I write it on paper (not an app, or online calendar) I am more prone to getting it done.
That's a good one to start with. I think I will try that too. Problem is hubby doesn't eat during the day while at work (yes, I know how unhealthy that is, and I have told him time and time again). He eats from the time he gets home till he goes to bed. And he will say 'do you want some". Most of the time, I indulge. I need to stop!!

yes one change a week is good. My change is going to be not to eat any muffins /cookies that sit at my desk all day. I can't remove them because they are part of the company policy to have something to offer those that enter the building .They also keep 30 snack candy bars and chips on my desk to sell to help fund a non-profit the company does. So it's alot for me to keep my hands off. I never in the 1yr & 9 mons have I purchased a candy bar or bag of chips but the muffins and cookies are my down fall so I'm going to work on the muffin and cookie eating this week. Pray for me lololol
