My goal is to lose 60 pounds this year.This is not a weight loss challenge but about living healthy. So, in the process of leading a healthy lifestyle I will lose weight. I am looking to get to 150 pounds. I also don't want to be out of breath coming up the stairs and I want to fit into that "dress."
The one change I will be making this week is writing my fitness goals down for the day.
I find that if I write it on paper (not an app, or online calendar) I am more prone to getting it done.
