I have been there. Any chance you can get in a pool. Aquatic therapy is really helpful as there is no weight on your foot. I also found filling a dixie cup with water, freezing it and then using it to roll along the bottom of my foot, along the tendons was a great way of icing my foot. I also recommend orthodics. They saved me. Lastly, as you lose weight, you will take pressure off your feet. For ever lb you lose, it is 4 lbs off your knees and feet.

I am currently dealing with tendonitis in my achilles and plantar fasciitis so I can't do any cardio the involves being on my feet as I have to wear a hard boot and keep off my feet as much as possible for at least 2 weeks. Are there any videos or excercises I can do to raise my heart rate that won't irritate my feet?
