You just challenged me to forget the 50 pounds I lost and improvements to my diet to just start from here. From past experience, it will become harder and harder from here to my next sub-goal: 160 pounds. I'm feeling guilty about all the help I have received from the forum, but I can't let that hold me back. Not when I've gone from a size 26 to 16 and it feels and looks so good. Now I really need your help. It's very hot here in San Antonio, TX, so I'm forced to find my Silver Shoes ID so I can go back to the gym and enjoy water aerobics. Another thing someone else might want to try is to start a little garden. It gets me out of bed and running out the door to see how all my plants are doing. The greens are so easy to grow and bring inside for healthy salads. The tomatoes haven't been easy in this humidity and heat, but they are delicious. I live in a small apartment and have to carry out all the water, which is good exercise; the tomatoes alone need to be watered three times a day.
