Hiya, I'm starting over due to some health issues that got in the way with consistency..
I checked my sugar this morning 3x and im not that happy how the med works.. instead of bringing my glucose down it went right up.. so im not sure what this means.. Have to do a little more research and ask some questions... Was 8,7.. after eating and taking (metformine 1000mg) went up to 11,4?????
I take 2500mg a day in total...
I have some plans for today to do 10 mins exercise with Coach Nicole.. walk to the shop and bike back and do some cleaning chores at home.... i will be testing throughout the day and in the evening relax with a healthy meal..
Then i will post how things go it might be quite late this evening or early morning.. success all in your goals.. Tisha

Yes you can start over. Just uncheck the box for week 1 and begin again. Then complete each week for the next 4 weeks and you will still get the trophy when you complete all the steps for week 4. You can also stay more than 1 week in each week if you think you need more time to complete the steps. The challenge is to stay consistent. Best wishes as you begin again
MZDOOR-- YES please start over. There is not one person here on SP that has not started over, and over again. I'm one of them. Just make your goals realistic. Instead of gungho make a plan for one day at a time. You then will make your goals and won't feel over whelmed. When we look to far ahead we often set ourselves up for failure before we begin(I'm speaking from experience). So now take your time meet each goal one day at a time and you will make it happen And yes if you log your food, your workouts, and you read your emails you will make it happen and Yes you will then earn a trophy. They won't forget you I promise.
