I have been wandering from my path to health the past few days, but spent some extra time sparking today, and I am renewed, and ready to go for a nice long walk in this beautiful weather!

Dear Barb, don't worry if you got off track. I'd be a rich person by now if I had a nickel for every time I had to start over! emoticon That's what is so great about a healthy lifestyle...you can start at any minute of the day and do something good for yourself.

You are most welcome. Don't beat yourself up we all start over (I know I do). You'll be fine just keep track one day at a time don't make a long goal you can't reach. My goal is to do one day at a time and each day I complete is a success. It works better that way at least for me.

I did some in jan.than stopped I am now ready to take the steps needed,please help me stay motivated...I would love to be able to check in in the evening......where do I find yhe challenges for March ....?I'm 55 and wiegh 230-233, I'm 5'4",I have sugar and fibro,I know there's a board for that ,but want to stay with group of possiable.thanks barbara
