Dear Barb, don't worry if you got off track. I'd be a rich person by now if I had a nickel for every time I had to start over! That's what is so great about a healthy lifestyle...you can start at any minute of the day and do something good for yourself.

You are most welcome. Don't beat yourself up we all start over (I know I do). You'll be fine just keep track one day at a time don't make a long goal you can't reach. My goal is to do one day at a time and each day I complete is a success. It works better that way at least for me.
