Yesterday: 7:30am walked 2x's around the work building, 6:30pm went to curves zumba
today: 7:45am walked for 20 min about 1mile, went to PE and did the elliptical for 2 miles in 20 min, treadmill .50 mile in 15 min, and a circuit for 30 min.
I think I did pretty good so far today since it's only 11:37. My body bug said it considers my day 1.30 hr work out burned 1406 cal , 10687 steps so far this morning.
I tried a SP cookbook breakfast today. It was a smoothie , o'soy yogurt, banana and 1 tbs of peanut butter it was tasty.
I'm heading for Foxwoods tomorrow morning and spending the night as well so I figure I'll get plenty of walking all day as I don't gamble. We are going to see the show "Doo Woop" sounds interesting. We are meeting friends there as well. So I'll talk to you all Sunday if I don't get a chance to log on again.
