Yes, you can finish the 4 weeks, as and when you tick the last box for completing Week 4. And that is entirely up to you and your timing. I had to re-do Week 2, and just clung on to Week 3 by the skin of my teeth. But I feel ready to go on to Week 4, I don'tneed a second Week 3.
You have to do these things at your own pace, so that you don't damage or hurt yourself in any way, physically, mentally or emotionally.
Have fun and let yourself get on with it.
