Yes, you can finish the 4 weeks, as and when you tick the last box for completing Week 4. And that is entirely up to you and your timing. I had to re-do Week 2, and just clung on to Week 3 by the skin of my teeth. But I feel ready to go on to Week 4, I don'tneed a second Week 3.
You have to do these things at your own pace, so that you don't damage or hurt yourself in any way, physically, mentally or emotionally.
Have fun and let yourself get on with it. Only YOU can know if you are pushing yourself too far, or not far enough.

Four days ago hurt my calf. In the past I might have said i blew it, however I did what i could. Seated exercises and basically took a temporary hiatus from cardio..We all have bad days , get sick and sometimes lose motivation..Were human.. Back to the grindstone..

I'm behind by one week in completing the January Jumpstart Challenge. I lost last week because on Monday I completed the level 1 portion of the The Biggest Loser Cardio Max workout video. Tuesday was good, I didn't feel any twinges, but it hit Tuesday night with a vengence. I should have listened at the beginning of the video when Bob Harper states that "you will feel muscles you didn't know existed". I thought I had a kidney infection or had pulled a back muscle. The pain on Wednesday through Saturday was so extreme I couldn't even stand straight.
I'm happy to say that things are working correctly now and would like to complete this challenge and attain my trophy. May I?
