I am day 3 of week 2. I chose the 8 min Athletic Intervals workout because it is amazing how much cardio I can get in just 8 min. Love this workout. I had to skip yesterday completely because I was at a function with my son and it took all day long. We were exhausted when we got home, but I'm looking forward to this week :)
