I'm glad to see that I am not the only one that is getting behind. I had the flu for two weeks and that got me behind. My biggest problem now is that I am still exhausted just putting in an 8 hour day at work. I am having a really hard time just doing 10 mins. of exercise. I will get back at exercising.
I thought I would have to repeat this week because my assignments are all piling up and are due at the same time but surprisingly I am managing to keep it together. I really was going to give up (temporarily until the end of the month when my assignments are due) after my weigh in when I busted my butt and was the same weight. I read GOIN4GR8's sparkpage who said to not give up because she did not lose the second week and had a big loss the next. That made me determined to try to get it in. I am doing the work but not everyday and have longer workouts but it saves time going to the gym and changing and try to get the sparkvideo's in when I need a break. So far it has worked.
Challenges are what makes life interesting, overcoming them is what makes life meaningful. - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Ladies with time constraints. This is a BIG problem for me too, BUT
I WORK OUT AS SOON AS I GET HOME. That mean's leftovers for the family dinner or they wait until I've exercised AND taken a shower. We're really talking 30 minutes (i.e. 20 minutes cardio and 10 minutes strength training).

I had terrible tooth pain and then had two teeth extracted so I am completing the workout challenge but not completing in a regular week. Plus next week I am having a medical procedure , jury duty and volunteering with senior taxes.
My life tomorrow will be the result of my attitudes and the choices I make today.
I'm in a similar boat. Life has a way of throwing some curve balls that forced me off course. I've made a point of catching up and making sure I complete everything, just not necessarily something every day. I plan on staying in the competition, if for no other reason than I think I stayed true to the "intent" of the competition.
I have done all the videos each week, though I usually do 2-3 on the same day to coordinate with a fitness class I take, and I didn't add extra last week cuz I did that already on my own when I started the challenge. Does this disqualify me? I missed the part about checking things off when I started this, and now I feel like I'm cheating to say I did things that I didn't do exactly the way they were suggested. Thanks!
