In full swing. I've been able to bump my workouts up to 60 - 75 mins most days of the week. Very motivated to continue. Lord willing, I will. Today, as I was working out, I had that crystal clear realization of how much I LIKE pushing my body and moving! I don't want to take it for granted.

hit the scales today, back to 196

Hey everyone!! I feel awesome!! I have been hardcore tracking, journaling, and working out daily. I am a super busy person like most americans. Single mom, 3 kids, full time job, kid activities, and church activities. That is alot of stuff. I saw a quote on pinterest yesterday that I thought was great " There is runner running right now that is busier than you." I think that's how it went.... 11 lb loss in 2 weeks yay!!! That is eating healthy, cutting out 80% of sugar, and doing leslie sansone videos 5 times a week!!! I am a overcomer!!

Doing better and feeling better everyday. I have been tracking my fitness and doing better at tracking my food. Still could improve on the food tracking but taking it one day at a time.

This has been a very good start for the year.

Looking forward to the summer and being happy with the way I look in tank tops this year.

Lets keep up the good work.

Hi Everyone!

How is everyone doing? I'm feeling great! I feel myself getting more & more motivated every day. I've been tracking all exercises and my meals. I think I finally have my dedication back to get to my goals.

I was avoiding the scale for awhile but realized I needed to get back on it and weigh in weekly. I was not happy with the number but it made me realize why I need to get back on track.
