Sorry to hear that, Kaiala. It is a major bummer when something like that happens, just when you're all hyped up and ready to do stuff.
I hope your leg isn't causing you too much pain (though it probably is). Just keep doing what you can for upper body and core - and even some lower body stuff for your other leg, if you can. Also - keep taking the pain killers, so your body has enough respite to help itself.
