Wow, four heart attacks and you are pressing on...that is wonderful and helps me to keep on as well!! I struggling with consistency and so many every day things seem to keep me from my goal. I was gone all day today and while I was gone I was able to get a good walk in at the park and after 10 at night I did the video for Day 3...better late then not all I reckon! I'm hoping next week will be better as far as making for exercise goes. Thanks Coach Nicole! and SP!

I am also obsessed! This is just what i needed to get started again .. I had gotten in a slump last month when i had my 4th heart attack.. and i hate the bed rest i am to be on and i know what my body needs and I am doing this all slow and steady but i am doing. Thanks to everyone doing this challenge , Thanks to Coach Nicole and Sparkpeople and a special Thanks to hutchisdm my wonderful loving husband who is also doing this .
I feel the same way, when I concentrate on my work-outs everything else seems to fall into place. We all have our slumps, dont let 'em get you down. There's always something great just around the corner.
But it's a good thing! Day 5 and I am really focused on the daily goals and challenges of the January Jumpstart! I am really focused on getting my 30+ mins a day of cardio and doing the daily video. I was in such a funk for so long, especially after putting some weight back on. But this jumpstart is helping me feel good and get back on track with doable goals. Reading lots of articles and posts keeps my brain engaged throughout the day. I feel like I can actually acheive this challenge! YEAH ME! :) And the funny thing is just focusing on the exercise portion is helping me keep my eating on track too. Funny how that happens! lol.
