It's easier to log the videos on the site. It's a bit tricky on the app. For the Day 1 video go to your fitness page and add it under cardio. Type "intervals" in the search box and the video will come up as "SparkPeople 8 Minute Athletic Intervals Cardio Workout Video". The rest of the videos are strength training and can be logged by clicking on the "Add to Fitness Tracker" button located at the bottom of the page that the video is on. You won't be able to log those videos on the app, but you will able to log the Day 1 video using the app. Hope that helped!

Thank you that does help. If I enter exercises listed on site/app do I enter day one as cardio kickboxing? And if so how does that show I did the 'SP' video and not just regular cardio on my own? Sorry if this is the same question worded differently :\

On the ap just go to 'more' then push settings and u can set ur weight and ur goal to get there. Also u can track the videos under fitness and under cardio for how long u did it for. Hope this helps. :)

I have been using the SP app on my iPhone, however the contest got me interested in doing the 28 day challenge. I have been logging my food and exercise but not sure how to add/track the daily online videos. Also, I'm not sure how to add my current weight and my target weight goal.
