Go to the Challenge start page;
there are directions to tracking your fitness exercises.
I'm a SparkPeople member who tracks my fitness daily,
and I had to learn a new wayt to track this challenge fitness.
The Challenge start page reminds us how to do this differently:
If you're using the recommended videos listed on the challenge page,
for Day I, you click on the 'track exercise' under the Aerobic category,
and type in the name of the day 1 video; it will load, and you click "Add to fitness"
The other videos include a tab under the video that will add the workout
to the 'strenghth building' category.
It can be done, but you have to pay attention to the directions.
