The Day 1 video can be added under cardio on your fitness page by typing "intervals" in the search box. This will bring up the video which is called SparkPeople 8 Minute Athletic Intervals Cardio Workout Video.

The rest of the videos are strength training and can be added to your tracker by clicking on the "Add to Fitness Tracker" button located at the bottom of the page that the videos are on. This will automatically add the videos under the strength training section of your fitness page.

No need to do anything other than that. Once you get the hang of it I'm sure it will be quite simple. Good luck!

Go to the Challenge start page;
there are directions to tracking your fitness exercises.

I'm a SparkPeople member who tracks my fitness daily,
and I had to learn a new wayt to track this challenge fitness.

The Challenge start page reminds us how to do this differently:

If you're using the recommended videos listed on the challenge page,
for Day I, you click on the 'track exercise' under the Aerobic category,
and type in the name of the day 1 video; it will load, and you click "Add to fitness"
tab.

The other videos include a tab under the video that will add the workout
to the 'strenghth building' category.

It can be done, but you have to pay attention to the directions.

Good morning,
I joined in August but didn't really "join" in, if you know what I mean;-) I signed up for this challenge so I could get motivated and learn to use the tools. I've done the exercises but don't know how to track if for this challenge. I just went into my tracker and changed the previous settings to January Challenge, hoping that it would automatically load the workouts....no luck! It says in the instructions to click on the tracker at the bottom of the video but can't seem to find that either! HELP!!!
