Thank you all for helping me, I asked the same question on another topic and some one helped me realize the strength minutes aren't combine with the cardio minutes at the bottom of your fitness tracker, and I can find my total minutes (where the strength is combined) to the right under "My SparkAmerica Fitness Minutes". (Just in case you didn't know either!)

Hello, I'm not for sure how to do that... but I deleted the two off my fitness tracker and then revisit the video, scrolled down and clicked the "Add to fitness tracker" again, to see if it would work. Then I clicked the check boxes along side the part 1 and part 2 video I did, oh and the stretch as well. I did not add 10 minutes to my tracker though. :/

Thank you for your answers! CMFARRELL36, I was wondering how you got 10 minutes added? I did check the two parts and the stretch one as well- but no extra minutes were added. I just joined this site recently, and maybe I forgot to do one more step. It did say after I check all three that they were "added". :/
AliceSage - see topic Work Outs from RanchGal. You have to tick both part 1 and part 2 to get yoour 10 minutes credited, because the site is set up to credit you with 5 minutes per strength training entry - so teh video is entered in 2 parts to add up t 10 mnutes.
AliceSage - the strength training tracking does not show or add calories. Apparently because we are all far too different for a number to be allocated - it could be more or less for me than for you doing the exact same thing for the exact same time, because if differences in weight, metabolism etc. Also, no 2 folk are going to put the exact same amount of effort into the various exercises.
Re the part 1 and part 2 - that confused me too, especially as it was indication that I should be doing 2 sets of 12 - 15 reps. No thank you! My knees were sore enough after ding it the once, today! I ticked "done" for both parts 1 and 2 - and got credited with 10 minutes once I eventually ticked part 2. But I hope somebody can provide the real answer!
Mine showed up the same way. I believe Part 1 was the plie/standing portion and Part 2 was the stuff we did on the mat. As far as calorie burn, SP does not calculate calories for any strength training moves. This is my understanding of how it works anyhow. Hope that helps! Good luck!

Hello! I'm not for sure if I'm asking a question in the right spot. I'm confused, I just finished day 2 "Total Lower Body Toning Workout" and scrolled down afterwards to add to the fitness tracker..Which it did, to my strength section. I noticed though it added part one and part 2? I'm not for sure if I did part 2, since I only did the video once and didn't see a part 2. Also I checked the boxes to be "added" on my strength section of my fitness tracker and it doesn't show any extra calories except the ones I did for my separate cardio.
