Started yesterday with the 8 min video and then did the chair video. Was surprised how much exercise one can get sitting in a chair. Could not do all the moves but with time, will be able to do them, Looking forward to day 2!

Just signed up and will start on the 1st! Really really need this motivation to stick with it. I'm famous for starting and doing great for 2 weeks....then slacking off due to something that gets me off track. Then a few weeks later, I start over again. Determined to break this cycle! I WILL STICK WITH IT!!!!

I am going to start in the morning. I did get my 10 minutes in today, but I havent done the DAY1 video and plan on that in the morning. (I had to get the Christmas stuff out of the office so I could have room)

Me, too. I was a little sceptical. The fitness part has been more challenging for me than food tracking since my nature is to be a sedentary bookworm. I tried out the first cardio and found I have to modify almost all of it, but so what? I could barely do a few reps of the first few strength training exercises when I started. I know I'll get better at it, and it'll be a great way to keep that scale moving along. Thanks for inviting me!
